KSI's Financial Service Center or FSC Check Cashing System is a complete hardware and software system designed to streamline your check cashing operation by providing fast and efficient transactions. The system is designed to maximize productivity, while minimizing costly security issues. The FSC utilizes state-of-the-art technology to provide an easy to use, fully integrated system that provides accurate, up to the minute information regarding your customers, checks cashed at your location and other transaction data.

Integrated Hardware Components

  • The FSC provides complete integration of hardware components designed to decrease data input errors and increase the security of your in-store cash.
  • The photo ID camera provides an accurate image of the customer both for on screen display and optionally for a machine readable, printed ID card.
  • A MICR reader/scanner provides accurate account information. Optional OCR check scanning, which captures the check image and the check amount, prohibits errors in data entry and provides a permanent record of the check cashing transaction.

Ease of Use

The FSC Check Cashing System is designed for ease of use. All transaction related procedures are available from a single transaction screen. From this screen, the cashier can complete transactions, identify customers, add new customers and makers, view check maker and customer transaction history. Authorized personnel can adjust fee rates or place temporary blocks on checks for customers and/or makers.
