This division is designed to assist financial institutions in locating parcels of land for expansion, new buildings, or relocations. KSI can help make your move hassle free and at no cost until closing.

This division will begin work immediately upon your approval to locate parcels of land suitable for a financial building meeting your parameters. Customers are presented with several options along with accompanying data including demographic figures, traffic counts, current zoning, setback requirements and any available environmental data. The proposed site options will also be accompanied by a preliminary sketch showing options for siting a building on the property with various ingress and egress options.

Once your location is selected, our design team begins planning your building to meet your specific desires and needs inside and out. Whether you're looking for a contemporary style or a historic property look, KSI can provide it. You have your choice of architectural styles, designs, products and finishes. The design team also partners with our equipment sales executives to ensure that the interior layout is conducive and accommodating to your security equipment needs as well as the security and comfort of your employees. Once the floor plan is agreed upon, you'll be given even more choices and recommendations regarding the interior finish from carpet to wall coverings to furniture.

While your building is under construction, Ken Smith, Incorporated can also provide you with temporary offices to keep you in business. KSI offers modular buildings for lease or purchase. These buildings are fully equipped for financial institutions right down to the furniture if you so choose.
